Ingredients:

Koftay:
  1. Banana 2
  2. Raw mango 1 cup (grated)
  3. Tomatoes 1
  4. Green coriander 1/2 cup
  5. Mint 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  6. Ginger 1 tbsp (minced)
  7. Green chili 4 minced
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Gram flour 6 tbsp
  11. Milk (if it gets hard)
Gravy:
  1. Salt 1/4 tsp
  2. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  3. Cashew nuts 6 tbsp
  4. Peanuts 6 tbsp
  5. Cumin seed 1 tsp
  6. Milk 1 cup
  7. Water 1 cup
  8. Oil 3 tbsp

Procedure:

Add all ingredients under the section koftay, in a blender and grind until it became smooth.
Now make balls from this grounded material.
In a wok heat the oil and fry these balls until became brown and then transfer over paper towel.
In grinder add 1 cup milk, peanuts, cashew nuts and ground until became smooth and keep aside.
Now, take a sauce pan and heat 3 tbsp oil.
Fry cumin seeds when they splutter add nuts grounded milk.
Cook over medium flame for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
Add salt and black pepper.
Add fried fritters, mix once, cover the lid and cook over medium flame for 5 minutes.
Serve it with paratha.
