Ingredients:

  1. Mango juice 1 cup
  2. Orange juice 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Cream half-and-half 2 cup
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Raisins 1/2 cup
  7. Pistachio 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Boil water and sugar in a pan, simmer until sugar dissolve.
Add mango and orange juice, cook for 1 minute than remove the heat and let it cool.
Pour it in a freezer bowl and keep in freezer for 4 hours.
Take it out from freezer and mix the cream until well blend.
Add pistachio and raisins, mix once.
Cover it and keep in freezer for 3 hours.
Serve in cups.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Freezing Time:
8 hours
