Ingredients:

  1. Raspberries 1 cup
  2. Yogurt 2 cup
  3. Icing sugar 1 tbsp
  4. lemon juice 1 tbsp
  5. Mint leaves 1 tbsp (fresh)

Procedure:

Pour all ingredients in blender and blend until get smooth.
Pour in large glass and garnish with mint leave and raspberries.

Note: You could use frozen ingredients instead of ice.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Do You Know: Lemon is a rich source of vitamin C. it has low sugar content. Its juice and zest is used in different dishes like sweets, sauces, drinks, marmalade, pickles and so many others.
