Ingredient:

  1. Cashew nuts 1 cup
  2. Almond 1 cup (skinned)
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Green cardamom pods 2
  5. Oil 1 tbsp
  6. Water 1 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Add all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Cook over medium flame, until water evaporates and sugar stick to the nuts.
Take an oil greased tray and transfer all nuts over that.
Spread equally and separate nuts with a fork.
Let them cool and serve with tea.

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
