Ingredients:

  1. Egg 6
  2. Cheese 1/2 cup (shredded)
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Green chili 8 (chopped)
  5. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  6. Green bell pepper 1 (chopped)
  7. Red bell pepper 1 (chopped)
  8. Peas 1/2 cup (boiled, mashed)
  9. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. Red pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Grease the muffins and baking tray with oil and keep aside.
Pre-heat the oven at 350 degree for at least 30 minutes before baking.
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl.
Take another bowl and beat the eggs.
Now, pour the beaten eggs over mixed material and combine them well.
Pour 2 tbsp of this mixture into greased muffins, mixture should just cover the half of muffin because it will expand during baking process.
Set the muffins in baking tray and put it in oven for 30 minutes.
These could be served as snacks.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Baking Time: 30 minutes
