Ingredients:

  1. Potato 4 (boiled)
  2. Tomato 2 (diced)
  3. Onion 1 (sliced)
  4. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  5. Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
  6. Tamarind juice 1/4 cup
  7. Salt 1tsp
  8. Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  9. Chaat masala 2 tsp

Procedure:

Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and keep aside.
In a bowl pour tamarind juice, salt, red chili powder, chaat masala and stir well until mix.
In a large bowl combine potatoes, tomatoes, onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.
Pour tamarind mixture over vegetables, mix and stir once with a wooden spoon.
Serve cold or warm.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
