Ingredients:
- Dry milk 4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Warm milk 4 tbsp
- Green cardamom 1 tbsp
- Almonds 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Pistachio 1/2 cup (sliced)
Procedure:
Mix dry milk with warm ghee and warm milk in a bowl.
Add sugar and water in a sauce pan, cook until it turns in to a little thick sugar syrup.
Now add milk powder mixture, cardamom powder in sugar syrup, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes, stir constantly.
Take an oil greased tray, pour the cooked material over it and set it.
Spread almonds and pistachio over it.
Let it cool and cut in pieces with a knife.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
