Ingredients:

  1. Cheese 1 cup (shredded)
  2. Potato 2 (boiled)
  3. Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  4. Onion 1(chopped)
  5. Ginger 2 tsp (minced)
  6. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  7. Green chili 6 (chopped)
  8. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  9. Egg 2
  10. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  12. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  13. Dry coriander 1 tsp (ground)
  14. Gram flour 3 tbsp
  15. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Mash potatoes in a bowl.
Add cheese, peas, salt, red chili, onion, ginger, green coriander, green chili, spice, gram flourbesan, coriander, lemon juice and egg.
Mix with hard hands until get smooth.
Make round flat shaped kababs from this material.
Beat egg in a small bowl.
Take 3 tbsp oil in frying pan and heat it.
Dip kabab in beaten egg and fry for 10 minutes at least.
Change the side of kabab during fry.
Fry over medium flame, until pink from both sides.
Or you can also use oven to bake these kababs.
Preheat the oven at 350 F degrees.
Line up the kababs over a greased oven tray with foil paper.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
