Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg (boneless, 8 pieces)
  2. Egg 2
  3. Sugar 4 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Honey 2 tsp
  6. Corn flour 2 tsp
  7. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. White flour 8 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  10. Chicken stock 1 cup
  11. Almond, pistachio 1/2 cup (ground)
  12. Oil (for frying)

Procedure:

Wash and marinate chicken with egg white, salt, sugar and garlic paste for 10 minutes.
Dust the chicken with flour and fry in hot oil until tenderized and golden.
Keep these pieces warm and dip them in lemon sauce.
Roll over the ground almonds and pistachio.
Set in serving dish.
Serve hot.

Lemon sauce:

Put lemon juice, chicken stock, 3 tsp sugar, honey and corn flour in pan.
Cook and stir on medium flame, until it become thick.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
