Ingredients:
- White chick peas 1 cup (boiled)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Tomato 2 (chopped)
- Green chili 4 (chopped)
- Green Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Slat 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat up the oil in sauce pan.
Add all dry ingredients and ginger, fry until get light brown.
Add onion, green chili, green coriander, boiled chick peas and tomatoes.
Cook until vegetables became transparent and stir constantly.
At the end add lemon juice and mix well.
Serve hot or allow to get it cool in room temprature.
During whole cooking procedure just use low flame.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
