Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Egg 2
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Fresh coconut 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
Procedure:
In a blender, add butter and sugar and blend until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat more.
Add flour and coconut and beat it until dough became smooth.
Roll out the dough on kitchen slab and cut the biscuits with a cutter.
Set those in an oil greased oven tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
Serve with tea as snacks.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
