Ingredients:

  1. Eggs 6 (hard boil)
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  4. Flour 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chili powder  1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chili 2 (sliced length wise)
  9. Dry red chili 2
  10. Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
  11. Butter 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Remove the shell of eggs.
Cut eggs from center and separate yolks in a bowl, mash yolks.
Heat the butter and add bread crumbs, red chili powder, turmeric powder and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add milk and flour, stir continuously, no lumps should be form.
Cook until get smooth for 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Add mashed yolks and green chili.
Cook for 3-4 minutes with continuous stirring.
After that add egg whites, salt and dry chilies.
Stir lightly that egg whites should not be broken.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, after that add green coriander and mix well.
Serve with bread.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
