Ingredients:
- White Mash lentil 1 cup (skinned remove)
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Green coriander 2 tsp (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (chopped)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp (roasted, ground)
- Baking powder 1/8 tsp
Procedure:
Wash and soak lentil in a plenty of water overnight.
Next day, wash lentil and place it with baking powder and salt in a food processor and grind.
Add a little water if it is difficult to grind.
Grind until became in smooth form.
Keep a side this mixture for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in wok.
Drop carefully a full tablespoon of the ready mixture of lentil in hot oil.
Fry it from both sides over medium flame, until golden.
Remove from oil and place over paper towel.
Dip these fried baras, in warm water for 4-5 minutes.
Then press them between the palms carefully to squeeze out the water.
Beat yogurt with 1/4 cup water, chili powder, salt, garam masala and cumin seed.
Mix tomato, green chili and coriander in it.
Arrange the vadas in a serving dish.
Pour the ready yogurt over it.
Garnish with chaat masala.
Keep in fridge for 30 minutes, if you want to serve it cold.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes
