Ingredients:
- Cumin seeds 4 tbsp
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Tomato 1 (chopped)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chili 4 (crushed)
- Curry leaves 5
- Oil 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Roast cumin seeds in a frying pan with out oil over low flame.
Roast for 2 minutes and then transfer in
In a pan heat oil and fry onion and red chili until transparent.
Add all other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
Grind every thing with cumin seeds in a blender and transfer in bowl.
It’s a very nice taste sauce.
Serve with fitters.
