Ingredients:

  1. Cumin seeds 4 tbsp
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  4. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Dry red chili 4 (crushed)
  7. Curry leaves 5
  8. Oil 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Roast cumin seeds in a frying pan with out oil over low flame.
Roast for 2 minutes and then transfer in
In a pan heat oil and fry onion and red chili until transparent.
Add all other ingredients and cook for 2 minutes.
Grind every thing with cumin seeds in a blender and transfer in bowl.
It’s a very nice taste sauce.
Serve with fitters.

Do You Know: Cumin herb is native to the Mediterranean region and member of Parsley family. Used for seasoning in curry and different other dishes.
