Ingredients:
- Milk 1 ltr
- Fresh cream 2 cup
- Custard powder 8 tbsp
- Fruit cake 1 (cut small slices)
- Sugar 1 cup
- Strawberries 1/2 cup (cut thin slices)
- Pineapple 1/2 cup (cut small pieces)
- Banana 2 (cut thin slices)
- Pistachio 1/4 cup (cut)
- Jelly 1 pack (prepare it)
Procedure:
Mix custard powder in 1 cup cold milk and keep aside.
Heat up remaining milk, add sugar and cook for 3 minutes.
Add mixture of custard in it, stir continuously.
Cook for 3-4 minutes and turn off fire.
Add all fruits in it and mix well.
Take a glass dish.
Spread a layer of hot custard, spread layer of cake.
Add layer of fresh cream.
Decorate layer of jelly.
Repeat the procedure of layering once more.
At the end, garnish with crushed pistachio.
Never cover it, if it’s hot.
Let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Serve it cold.
