Ingredients:
- Orange 2
- Fresh orange juice 1 cup
- Strawberry 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Pistachio 4 tbsp
- Raisins 1/2 cup (washed)
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 pinch
Procedure:
Peel and slice the oranges.
In a pan cook orange juice.
Add salt, raisins and sugar and cook it over medium flame, until sugar resolved, stir it constantly.
Add strawberry, orange slices and pistachio, cook for 2 minutes more.
Transfer in a bowl and let it cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cover it and keep in freezer for 2 hours.
Serve cold.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
