Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
- Pistachios 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
- Green Cardamom 4 (crushed)
Procedure:
Wash and soak rice in water for 1 hour.
Add milk, cardamom and sugar in a sauce pan and cook over medium flame for 30 minutes, stir it occasionally.
Then add rice, saffron, pistachio, raisins and simmer until rice mixed, it may takes 20 minutes, during the whole cooking process stir continuously otherwise it may stick to the pan.
When it became ready transfer in a serving bowl.
You can serve it cold or hot.

Cooking Time: 50 minutes
