Ingredients:

  1. Lemon 1/2 kg
  2. Sugar 1/2 kg
  3. Salt 1 tbsp
  4. Water 1/2 liter
  5. Vinegar 1 tsp

Procedure:

Wash and cut lemons into 2 pieces.
Squeeze juice from lemons.
Take a sauce pan and boil sugar, salt and water to make syrup.
Simmer it until sugar dissolve, it may takes 5-6 minutes over low flame.
Cool the syrup and mix vinegar in it.
You can store this mixture in a bottle.
When you want to serve this juice, take 1/4 glass of this mixture and add water about 3/4 glass.
Add crushed ice cubes and mix well.
Serve cold.
