Ingredients:

  1. Peanut 1/2 cup (ground)
  2. Mint leaves 2 tbsp (ground)
  3. Olive oil 1/2 cup
  4. Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  5. Honey 5 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan, add peanuts powder and roast over medium flame until light brown, stir it continue.
Add olive oil, mint leaves, lemon juice and honey in roasted peanuts powder.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes over medium flame.
Serve with fritters or roast.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
