Ingredients:

  1. Sandwich Bread slices 6
  2. Potatoes 2 (boiled)
  3. Onion 1 (cut in rings)
  4. Tomato 1 (cut in circles)
  5. Eggs 3 (boiled)
  6. Egg 1
  7. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Green chili 4 (minced)
  10. Green coriander 2 tsp (chopped)
  11. Spring onion 2 tbsp (chopped)

Procedure:

Mix mashed potatoes, boiled eggs, salt, black pepper, green chili, green coriander and spring onion in a bowl.
Make 3 big size circled kababs of this material.
Dip in a beaten egg and fry these kababs from both sides in a frying pan.
Take a slice of bread and place kebab over it and press it slightly with the back of spoon to spread over the whole slice.
Then place onion rings and tomato slices over it and cover with another slice.
Make all sandwiches with same process.
Serve with sauce.

Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Do You Know: Spring onion also called scallion, salad onion or green onion. It is used in Asian and western cooking dishes.
