Ingredients:
- Lamb meat 1/2 kg (small pieces)
- Onion 1 (cut thin slices)
- Tomatoes 2 (diced)
- Ginger 1 inch (cut)
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Cardamom 2
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Whole black pepper 6
- Cinnamon stick 2
- Cloves 4
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp (ground)
- Water 10 cup
Procedure:
Wash the meat.
Place all ingredients into heavy pan and bring to a boil.
Cover the half lid.
Cook about 90 minutes until meat cooked and 6 cups stock will left.
Strain all the vegetables and spices.
It’s ready to serve.
If you want to use chicken that will take 30 minutes to cook.
Serve this stove hot.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour 45 minutes
Do You Know: An evergreen tree syzygium aromaticum, cultivated in warm regions for its aromatic dried flower buds (cloves). Cloves used whole or ground as a spice for cooking.
