Ingredients:
- Semolina (sooji) 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Green cardamom 4
- Water 3 Cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup (soak in water)
- Almonds 4 tbsp (chopped)
- Pistachio 1/2 cup (crushed)
- Pure ghee 1 cup
Procedure:
Heat up ghee in a wok and fry cardamoms until splutter.
Add semolina and fry it over low flame, until it changes color, stir it continuously.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add water and stir it quickly, no lumps should be there.
Increase the flame to high and stir continuously, until water evaporate and oil becomes separate.
Add raisins and mix well.
Transfer in a dish.
Garnish with almond and pistachio.
Serve Hot.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
