Ingredients:

  1. Strawberry 1 kg
  2. Sugar 1 kg
  3. Salt 1 tsp

Procedure:

Wash berries and then put them in a sauce pan and cook over medium flame.
Cook 8 minutes, when get little sough, mash with a wooden spoon.
Add sugar and salt and cook until sugar’s water dry up and it became smooth.
Stir it constantly during cooking.
When it cooked let it cool.
Then pour in air tight glass jar.
You can preserve this jam in refrigerator for 7 days.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
