Ingredients:

  1. Lamb mince 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Garlic 1 tbsp (minced)
  4. Ginger 2 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  6. Green coriander 3 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili Powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. Black Pepper 8
  13. Cinnamon 2 (small sticks)
  14. Clove 4
  15. Black Cardamom pods 2 (opened, crushed)
  16. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  17. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan, heat oil, fry onion until transparent.
Then add garlic, ginger, green chili, simmer for 4 minutes.
Now add all spices and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add lamb mince, stir and cook until mince changes its color it may takes 10-15 minutes over medium flame.
Add yogurt, stir and mix, cook until yogurt evaporated, it may take 6 minutes over medium flame but remember stir constantly.
Add 1/2 cup water, stir it and when it become to a boil, cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes over low flame, stir occasionally.
When it became cook, add green coriander and stir it once.
Serve with roti or rice.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
