Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  3. Onion 2 (cut length wise)
  4. Potato 2 (cut in circles)
  5. Green chili 8 (cut length wise)
  6. Brinjal 1 (cut in circle)
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil (for deep fry)

Procedure:

In a bowl mix all dry ingredients.
Add hot water to make a thick batter, beat this batter until it became smooth and no lumps should be there.
Add washed vegetables in it and mix well.
Heat a plenty of oil in a wok for deep fry.
Then drop the vegetables one by one in hot oil for fry, you could fry 6-7 fritters at a time or depends upon size of wok.
Fry until golden brown, change their side during frying than transfer in serving dish, over paper towel.
Serve hot with chili sauce.
