Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Cucumber 1 (peeled, chopped)
- Tomato 1 (cut diced)
- Carrot 1 (shredded)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp (ground)
- Cumin seed 1/2 tsp (roasted, ground)
- Green chili 2 (chopped)
Procedure:
Pour milk into yogurt and whip it until get smooth.
After that add salt, cumin seed, black pepper and mix well.
Now add all other ingredients and stir once.
Its ready to serve.
Garnish with cumin powder.
