Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour 1 cup
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Potato 1 (cut small)
  4. Spinach leaves 1/2 cup (chopped)
  5. Salt 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Warm water (as required)
  9. Oil 2 cup (for deep frying)

Procedure:

Put the gram flour and all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with warm water until it becomes a thick batter, keep it in mind that no lumps should be there.
Beat it for 8-10 minutes.
Cover it and keep aside for 1 hour.
After that add all vegetable in it and mix well.
Heat oil in a wok.
Take a heaping table spoon of ready material and drop in heated oil, repeat same procedure for all.
Pour 6-8 fritters in one round and fry over medium flame until golden brown.
You can also use other vegetables of your choice.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
