Ingredients:-

  1. Wheat flour 1 kg
  2. Pure Ghee 1/2 kg
  3. Sugar 1 kg (ground)
  4. Almond 1/2 cup (crushed)
  5. Pistachio 1/4 cup (crushed)
  6. Raisins 1 cup (soak in water for 30 minutes)
  7. Green cardamom 6 (crushed)

Procedure:

Take a wok and heat the ghee.
Fry cardamom then add wheat flour, fry it, stir continuously.
Fry it over medium flame until it changes its color towards light brown.
Then let it cool.
Take a sauce pan and cook sugar in 1 cup water until get thick.
Allow it to cool.
When it gets cool, add sugar syrup in flour and mix with hands very well.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Then make small balls of this mixture with hand.
Keep these balls in a tray for 1 day to dry.
Then preserve these balls in an airtight jar.
Keep in cool place.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
