Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg (boneless)
- Apricot 1 cup (chopped)
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Green coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Vinegar 1 cup
- Honey 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Almond 1/2 cup (roasted)
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
In a sauce pan heat the oil.
Fry cumin and mustard seeds, until splutter.
Add ginger and garlic paste, simmer until its smell has gone.
Add all dry ingredients and honey, simmer for 2 minutes.
Add chicken and cook over low flame for 15 minutes, stir continuously and calmly.
Add vinegar, almond and apricot, stir once.
Cover the lid, cook for 20 minutes over low flame, stir occasionally.
When chicken tenderized, add green coriander leaves.
Serve hot with nan.
