Ingredients:

  1. Banana 6
  2. Simple flour 2 tbsp
  3. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  4. Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 2 pinch
  6. Almond 2 tbsp (powder)
  7. Egg 1
  8. Milk 1/4 cup
  9. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  10. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

In a bowl add flours, almond powder and salt.
Add beaten egg in the bowl and 1/4 cup milk.
Beat until it became smooth batter, no lump should be there.
Peel and cut banana in 2 inch slices.
Add the banana slices in batter and dip well.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Roll the banana slices over bread crumb and deep fry until light brown.
Sprinkle icing sugar over fried bananas.
Serve hot.

Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
