Ingredients:

1. Flour 1/2 cup
2. Baking powder 1 tsp
3. Milk 1/2 cup
4. Egg 2
5. Blueberry 1/2 cup (mashed)
6. Sugar 4 tbsp (ground)
7. Salt 1 pinch
8. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

In a bowl sift all dry ingredients.
Add 1 egg and beat it then add second one and beat well.
Add milk and beat more.
At the end add blueberry and mix well.
In a frying pan add 2 tbsp oil and heat it.
Pour 3 tablespoon of batter in pan and spread it.
Cook the cake from both sides until pink.
Make the cakes from the whole material.
Serve hot.
