Ingredients:
- Cheese 2 cup
- Egg 3
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Rasins 1/2 cup
- Fennel seed (saunf) 1 tbsp (crushed)
- Almonds 3 tbsp (chopped)
- Oil 2 cup
For Syrup:
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 2 cup
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
Procedure:
Make fresh cheese and dry it.
Add beaten eggs, gram flour, fennel seed, rasins in cheese and mix well.
Make balls from it.
In a wok (kerahi) add oil.
When it heated up, fry all the balls until light pink.
In a sauce pan add 2 cup water.
When it became rolling boil add, cardamom and sugar.
Cook for 5-6 minutes.
Dip all the fried balls in it for 5-6 minutes.
Take the balls out from sugar syrup and put over a strainer.
Garnish with almonds.
Serve cold or hot.
