Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg (boneless)
  2. Onion 2 (paste)
  3. Tomato 6 (chopped)
  4. Cabbage 1 cup (chopped)
  5. Carrot 1 (shredded)
  6. Capsicum 2 (cut finely)
  7. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  8. Ginger 1 tbsp (shredded)
  9. Green coriander 1 cup (chopped)
  10. Salt 1 tbsp
  11. Red Chili powder 1 tbsp
  12. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  13. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  15. Green cardamom 6
  16. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  17. Milk 1/2 cup
  18. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a sauce pan.
Add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger, tomatoes, green cardamom, cumin seeds and cook for 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Then add boneless chicken, salt, turmeric, red chili stir and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup milk, stir it, cover the lid, cook over low flame for 10-15 minutes, stir occasionally.
Then add all vegetables, stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes over medium flame.
Then sprinkle green coriander and green chili, vinegar, garam masala powder, mix it well.
Cover it and cook for 6 minutes until milk evaporated over low flame.
Serve it with nan or roti.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
