Ingredients:
- Eggs 6 (boiled)
- Onions 2 (chopped)
- Tomatoes 4 (chopped)
- Green chili 4 (minced)
- Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Dry red chili 5 (crushed)
- Turmeric (haldi) 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
Procedure:
Cut each egg in 4 pieces.
In a sauce pan add oil and heat it.
Add onion and fry until light pink.
Add tomatoes and all dry ingredients cook until oil separates, stir contentiously.
Then add boiled egg pieces and mix with tomato gravy, cook for 6-7 minutes.
Sprinkle coriander and green chili.
Cover the lid, cook over low flame for 3 minutes.
It’s ready to serve.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
