Ingredients:

  1. Lamb mince 1/2 kg
  2. Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
  3. Peas 1 cup
  4. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Green chili 4 (chopped)
  7. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Cloves 4
  14. Cardamom pods 2
  15. Bay leaf 1
  16. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  17. Milk 1/2 cup
  18. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Heat the oil in a sauce pan.
Add ginger, garlic paste and cook till light brown.
Now add the cardamom pods, bay leaf, cloves, cumin seeds and all dry spices, fry for 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes and cook till water of tomatoes dry and oil starts to separate.
It may takes 10 minutes.
Cook over low flame.
Then Add lamb mince, stir it and mix with masala, cook for 15 minutes.
Stir continuously, cook over low flame.
Now add peas ,cook and stir for 5 minutes more.
Add milk, stir once, cover the lid and cook over low flame for 15 minutes.
When you are going to transfer it in serving bowl, add lemon juice and green chili, stir once.
Serve it with roti or rice.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
