Ingredients:

  1. Fresh green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  2. Lime juice 1/4 cup
  3. Tomato 6 (small)
  4. Onion 1 (sliced)
  5. Pineapple 1/2 cup (chunks)
  6. Honey 4 tbsp
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp
  8. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve cold.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour
