Ingredients:
- Fresh green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Lime juice 1/4 cup
- Tomato 6 (small)
- Onion 1 (sliced)
- Pineapple 1/2 cup (chunks)
- Honey 4 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
Serve cold.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 1 hour
