Ingredients:
- Capsicum 1 (cut length wise)
- Carrot 1 (shredded)
- Cabbage 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Green chili 3 (minced)
- Spring onion 2 (chopped)
- Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder1tsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Chili sauce 1 tsp
- Chinese salt 1 tbsp
- Milk 3 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Cook all vegetables on low flame in 5 cup water.
When vegetables got tender, add mixture of milk and corn flour in it and stir continuously.
Cook it for 3-4 minutes over medium flame, stir constantly.
Add beaten egg and stir continue.
Then add all spices, oil and stir once.
Cover the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes over low flame.
Serve hot.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
