Ingredients:

  1. Red cabbage 2 cup (chopped)
  2. Pineapple 1/2 cup (chopped)
  3. Red beetroot 1/2 cup (grated)
  4. Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
  5. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup (chopped)
  6. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (ground)
  9. Sesame seed 1/4 tsp
  10. Parsley 1/4 tsp
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  12. Olive oil 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve instantly.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Do You Know: Red cabbage is type of cabbage. It’s color turns to blue when it cooked. It used normally for salads.
