Ingredients:
- Red cabbage 2 cup (chopped)
- Pineapple 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Red beetroot 1/2 cup (grated)
- Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Black salt 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp (ground)
- Sesame seed 1/4 tsp
- Parsley 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve instantly.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Do You Know: Red cabbage is type of cabbage. It’s color turns to blue when it cooked. It used normally for salads.
