Ingredients:

  1. Thin noodles 1 cup
  2. Oil 1/2 cup
  3. Milk 2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Custard powder 1 tbsp
  6. Almonds 2 tbsp (chopped)
  7. Pistachios 1/4 cup (crushed)
  8. Raisins 1/4 cup
  9. Green cardamom 4

Procedure:

In a sauce pan heat the oil and fry cardamom.
Then add noodles and fry until get brown.
Pour milk and sugar in noodles, cook for approximately 30 minutes, over medium flame, stir constantly.
Mix custard powder in 2 tbsp cold milk in a bowl.
Now add this custard mixture in the noodles, cook and stir continuously until it get smooth.
At the end add almond, pistachio and raisins, mix well and just cook for 2 minutes more.
Serve hot or cold.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
