Ingredients:
- All purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 4
- Butter/ghee 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup (ground)
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
Procedure:
Strain flour and baking powder together.
Take a bowl, add sugar and butter, beat until fluffy.
Then add eggs one by one, remember that when you add one egg beat it for 2 minutes and then add 2nd egg and repeat process.
Never add all eggs at a time.
Then add sifted flour and mix it slowly.
When batter become smooth, stop beating.
Add cardamoms and mix.
Grease oven bowl with oil and dust it with flour.
Then pour the prepared cake mixture in it till half of pan.
Preheat the oven for about 15 minutes.
Bake it for 45 minutes at 350 degree F.
Bake the cake until inserted knife in the cake comes out clean, other wise bake more for 5 minutes.
Transfer in a dish and serve hot.
