Ingredients:
- Mango 2 cup (puree)
- Tomato 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Green chili 2 (minced)
- Ginger 1/2 tsp (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp (roasted)
- Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Preparation:
In a wok (karahi) heat the oil.
Then pour all the dry ingredients in it and fry them.
After that add ginger and tomato, cook until tomatoes dry up.
Then add 1/2 cup water.
When water became rolling boil, add ripe mangoes, green chili, mint, vinegar and cover the lid.
Cook over medium flame for 10 minutes.
It can be served with rice.
Note: You can use either sweet mangoes or sour mangoes to prepare this dish.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
