Ingredients:
- Rice flakes 2 cup
- Black sugar 1 cup
- Dry milk 1 cup
- Pistachio 4 tbsp (chopped)
- Almond 4 tbsp (chopped)
- Walnut 4 tbsp (chopped)
- Cashew nut 4 tbsp (chopped)
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Resins1/2 cup
- Pure ghee 1 cup
Procedure:
Roast all the nuts without oil, then transfer in a dish and keep aside.
Roast the rice flakes and ground them in a grinder.
In a bowl add rice powder, raisins, nuts, dry milk, black sugar, and mix well.
Now heat the ghee, until it melt up.
Add hot ghee in the dry ingredients and mix well.
Make small balls from it.
Ghee will make it possible to stick the material together.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Do You Know: Pure Ghee is originated from Indian subcontinent. Its made by simmering butter until all water has boiled off and protein sticked to the bottom of pan. Then cooked butter is spooned off to avoid disturbing the milk solids on the bottom of the pan.
