Ingredients:
- Cauliflower 1/2 kg (cut in pieces)
- Potatoes 1/2 kg (cut medium slices)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Green Chili 4 (cut length wise)
- Curry leaves 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes 2 cup (puree)
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
In a sauce pan add oil and fry cumin seeds and mustard seeds until splutter.
Add chopped onion, simmer for 3-4 minutes over low flame.
Add curry leaves, green chili and all dry ingredients and cook for 1 minute.
Add vegetables and mix well.
Add 1/4 cup water and stir once.
Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes over low flame, stir occasionally.
Add tomato puree, cover the lid, and cook for 15 minutes more, stir occasionally.
Remove the cover and cook over medium flame until water evaporated.
Serve hot with boil rice.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
