Ingredients:

  1. Apple 2 (thin chopped)
  2. Noodles 1/2 cup (broken)
  3. Milk 2 cup
  4. Green cardamom 2
  5. Almond 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Pistachio 2 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1/2 cup
  8. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In a sauce pan heat oil and fry cardamom for 1 minute.
Add noodles and fry them for 3-4 minutes.
Add apple and sugar, cook over low flame for 2-3 minutes, stir constantly.
Then add milk, cook over high flame, when it became rolling boil, turn the heat to low.
Cover the half lid and cook for 15-20 minutes, stir occasionally.
Then add almonds and stir once.
Transfer in a bowl.
Let it cool over room temperature for 20 minutes then cover it and keep in fridge for 2 hour.
Serve cold or hot.

Cooking Time: 35 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hour
