Ingredients:

  1. Brinjal 1/2 kg
  2. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  4. Lemon powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil 1/2 cup (for fry)

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep aside.
Wash and cut brinjals in slices.
Make the cuts on brinjal slices and rub the prepared mixture.
Cover and marinate for 15 minutes.
In frying pan add oil and heat it.
Fry the marinated brinjal until cooked.
Transfer in serving dish and serve with sauce.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
