Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage 1 cup (chopped)
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In a bowl mix lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the cabbage and onion, mix well and serve.

Preparation Time: 20 minute

Do You Know: Spring onion also called scallion, salad onion or green onion. It is used in Asian and western cooking dishes.
