Ingredients:

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Almond 2 tbsp (sliced)
  3. Pistachio 2 tbsp (sliced)
  4. Sugar 3/4 cup
  5. Water 2 cup
  6. Egg 2 (beaten)
  7. Coco powder 6 tbsp
  8. Milk 2 tbsp
  9. Ghee 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Mix milk and coco powder in a bowl and keep aside.
In a sauce pan boil water, when it became rolling boil, add sugar.
Cook this syrup for 5 minutes, stir constantly.
In a pan heat ghee.
Add cardamom and fry for 1 minute.
Then add sifted flour, stir constantly and simmer until it turns to light brown.
Remove it from heat.
Add sugar syrup and mix well, no lumps should be there, cook it over medium flame for 3 minutes.
Then add beaten eggs and chocolate mixture in it, simmer and stir continuously.
Add nuts and raisins.
Cook until oil became separates.
Transfer in an oil greased tray and level it.
Then cut in slices with a sharp knife.
You can serve it warm or cold.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
