Ingredients:
- Fresh corn seeds 1 cup (boiled)
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
Boil milk in a sauce pan.
Add sugar, boiled corn, and cook over low flame for 10 minutes.
Dissolve corn flour in 4 tbsp cold milk.
Add it in heated milk, slowly and stir constantly.
Cook it for 2 minutes.
Add fresh cream and black pepper and mix well.
Transfer in serving dish and let it cool in room temperature.
Then keep in freezer for 3-4 hours.
Serve cold or hot.
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
