Ingredients:

  1. Milk 2 cup
  2. Banana custard powder 2 tbsp
  3. Strawberry 1/2 cup (chopped)
  4. Sugar 8 tbsp
  5. Fresh cream 1 cup
  6. Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  7. Orange wafer biscuit 10 (brake in pieces)
  8. Orange juice 4 tbsp
  9. Orange jam 2 tbsp

Procedure:

In 4 tbsp milk mix custard powder and keep it aside.
In a sauce pan boil the milk and when it became rolling boil add sugar.
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add mixture of custard in it and stir constantly while adding it.
Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Allow it to get cool in room temperature.
Whip the cream in a bowl and add brown sugar, orange juice and biscuit in it, mix well.
Take a glass bowl and pour the custard in it.
Pour the mixture of cream over it.
Garnish with strawberry or nuts.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 3 hours.
Serve cold.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Chill Time: 3 hours

Do You Know: Brown Sugar is an unrefined or partially refined soft sugar. It is slightly lower caloric value by weight than white sugar due to the presence of water.
