Ingredients:-
- Milk 2 liter
- Khoya 1/2 kg
- Grounded Wheat 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 kg
- Pure ghee 1 cup
- Green cardamom 6 (crushed)
- Almonds 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Pistachio 1/4 cup (crushed)
Procedure:
Add grounded wheat, cardamom in milk.
Cook it until milk remains half, stir continuously.
Then add Khoya and cook until get mix.
Add sugar and ghee, simmer until it comes to dry, stir continuously other wise it stick to pan.
Cook it about 30 minutes more until it get brown and leave the sides of pan, during whole cooking process stir it constantly .
Add almonds and pistachio.
Transfer it in a serving dish.
You can serve it hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
